NSASA welcomes Veronica Garcia, M.S. Ed. as our new Director of Development!
Veronica Garcia, MS Ed is a Development and Education professional with two decades of successful experience in the Special Education field. Veronica began her career in Early Intervention, supporting children and families as they learned communication, daily living skills, and socialization. With a passion for serving others and a strong bond to our community, Veronica continued her work by supporting adolescents transitioning from school aged to adult programs. She has coordinated vocational opportunities in the community and provided advocacy and support for program participants and their families.Veronica has extensive experience providing education and training for professionals in the field and community. Veronica is honored to be joining the team at Nassau Suffolk Autism Society of America and looks forward to supporting individuals with autism and their families in our community.
